    1. looking at API there is not Opportunity Product object. Opportunity links with OpporttunityLaneItem that stores info about price book entry that links to product

    Business processes available in SF are:
    Sales, Support, Lead, Solution

    In support process it is possible to set the status of the cases from a pick-list, but cases itself is not a process.
